Scope, pricing and how strategy engagements run — including the parts most consultants avoid putting in writing.
A strategy engagement starts with an audit of your offer, funnel, tracking and current channel performance. From there I build the positioning, channel mix, creative direction, paid media plan and the automation layer that connects forms, CRM, WhatsApp and email. You get a documented roadmap with priorities, owners and the metrics each step is meant to move — not a slide deck of generic best practices.
I have led digital strategy and the marketing team for a global brand, and worked across markets in India, the UAE, the UK and the US. With larger teams I usually work as the strategic lead: setting the measurement framework, reviewing media buying and creative testing, training the in-house team and putting reporting rhythms in place. Delivery stays with your team; the structure, standards and decision framework come from me.
It starts with a free 20-minute discovery call. From there, work is scoped as a one-to-one session for a specific problem, a fixed-scope strategy and audit sprint, or ongoing strategy, media oversight and automation. Scope depends on channels, markets and timeline, and is agreed after the discovery call.
No responsible strategist can guarantee a number, because the offer, pricing, sales follow-up and market conditions all affect the outcome. What I do commit to is clean measurement, a documented test plan, and honest reporting — including telling you when a channel is not worth more budget.
Over ₹750 Cr+ in cumulative managed ad spend across performance campaigns in 16+ years of digital marketing, primarily on Meta and Google, along with programmatic and creator-led campaigns.
Paid media needs enough volume to learn. If your budget cannot generate roughly 30-50 conversion events a month at your expected cost per acquisition, spend the money on offer, content and organic proof first. I will tell you plainly if ads are premature for your stage.
Tracking and automation fixes show within days. Paid media needs two to four weeks per meaningful test cycle, and a full strategy shift typically shows a clear trend line in 60 to 90 days. Anything faster is usually luck rather than a system.
Yes. Download the free 35-point Digital Strategy Checklist at mohdaltamash.com/digital-strategy-checklist. It covers offer, audience, website, tracking, content, paid media, automation and review rhythm — the same list used before any engagement. AI is what exists today: ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta Advantage+, Google Smart Bidding and AI agents are strong at specific tasks and still need human direction and checking. SI (Super Intelligence) describes a possible future where systems outperform people across most thinking work. The practical step is preparation that pays off either way: clean first-party data, revenue-based measurement and human approval on anything customer-facing.AI & performance marketing in India
Yes. I plan and oversee Meta Ads (including Advantage+) and Google Ads (including Smart Bidding and Performance Max) with server-side tracking, a creative testing plan, budget guardrails and weekly reviews tied to qualified leads and revenue, not clicks.
